International Law

Legal problems arising from cross-border transactions or multinational projects can only be understood and tackled from a combined global/local perspective. In other words, legal expertise only in national law may not be sufficient to solve problems at the international level. In addition, given the harmonization process of Turkish law with EU acquis communautaire as a part of Turkey’s candidacy for EU accession, the law practitioners should stay one step ahead of the national law. By observing this principle, we are able to provide our services to foreign companies as well as individuals.
